This is absolutely disgusting. 68 lb Italian model Isabelle Caro is currently being displayed across Italian billboards as a way to dissuade women from being anorexic.

I know this is a sickness, but why anyone would do this to themselves is a fucking mystery to me. Give me Jennifer Connelly, Denise Richards or Monica Bellucci any day of the week over this walking skeleton.
