Bai Ling Arrested At LAX For $16 Theft
The lovely and wacky Bai Ling, who has the ability to slip her nip where ever she goes, was placed under citizen’s arrest at Los Angeles Interational Airport for pilfering $16 worth of goods from a kiosk.
