Celebrity Scandal!

Brazilian soccer player Ronaldo, also known as The Phenomenon, has some ’splaining to do for real: he’s been fingered in a transexual scandal that has led to one of the most-watched videos on Brazilian You Tube. Despite the fact that this man has dated some of the hottest women in Brazil (think models & actresses), that didn’t stop him from running into trouble when a tranny claimed that he didn’t pay his bill!

Of course, there are multiple versions of this story, but let’s take a look at Ronaldo’s: he met a prostitute while out on a Saturday night, and headed off to a motel shortly after for a close encounter. She called two girlfriends, and then Ronaldo realized that they weren’t what he was expecting. He offered her about R$1K (about $1,700), but it turned out that they wanted more, and the police were called. In the other version, there are drugs involved, and the original transexual claims that her friends robbed Ronaldo.

Brooke And Hulk

The bastion that is the blogosphere is on fire with allegations that Christiane Plante, a 33-year old woman who is friends with Brooke Hogan and helped with her 2006 album, has had an affair with Terry “Hollywood” “Hulk” “Hogan” Bollea.

Plante states:

“My relationship with Terry began at a time when Terry and Linda privately knew their marriage was ending. She had left him already, although no official papers had been filed. Terry is a good man, good father and a good friend, and he and I grew close at a time when he was going through a very difficult period. It seemed right then, but I know it was wrong. Having felt the guilt and pain build up, I gave a note to Brooke apologizing for my actions. I will never be able to fully forgive myself for this. I have lost an amazing friend.”

Brooke responded to these rumors on her MySpace page:

I’m going through one of the hardest issues i’ve ever had to deal with in my life…please keep me and my family in your prayers…. I’m continuing work in the studio… I’m sure my writing will reflect my state of mind at the moment. I need all the support i can get. thank you…

The only thing I pray for is that this “work in the studio” she is talking about never makes it to the airwaves, and that she learns to cut back on using ellipses.

Bizarrely, there are no photos of Christiane Plante to be found. So, as with all the other websites posting about this, if you know where there are photos of Plante, give us the heads up!

Yesterday, obscure tabloid site x17online.com brought some rather scandalous photos of famed boxer Oscar De La Hoya in fishnet stockings and women’s panties (sorry for the damn watermarks) …

So, does lil’ Oscar follow in the footsteps of the awesomest crossdresser ever, Ed Wood Jr? Oscar’s attorneys had this to say:

“The photographs depicting Mr. De La Hoya’s image that were posted online today by an obscure paparazzi Web site are fake. Many of the Web site’s viewers (as reflected in postings on the site) identified the photos as ‘a really bad photoshop job.’ Unfortunately, with today’s technology, anyone can make any photo seem like something other than it is.”
