According to new reports, Miley Cyrus will not be attending her first public appearance that had been scheduled even before that problematic Vanity Fair shoot. Miley was slated to make an appearance today in Orlando for the “Disney Channel Games,” but she won’t be attending and Disney won’t say why! The fact that they’ve refused to even give a peep on what’s going on could mean a couple things: there’s a really stupid reason, they actually have no idea, or they’re totally embarrassed about all the sh*t that’s gone down and they are taking cover. (Smooth.)

I can’t help but whisper g-r-o-u-n-d-e-d. She may be a hyper-successful star, but she’s still a teen! I’m sure that her parents are glossing over the fact that they were standing right there during the whole thing.

I feel bad for the next person who will be working on a photoshoot with Miley. Things are going to get rough!

Rob Lowe and his wife Sheryl are being countersued by their nanny for sexual harassment. The lawsuit, filed by Laura Boyce, states that Sheryl walked around naked in the home and made inappropriate comments about her husband’s… parts. Boyce also claims that she is owed back pay totaling three months.

To keep you up to speed, the original lawsuit filed by Rob and Sheryl claimed that Boyce broke the contractual NDA and lied about the family.

Sounds complicated, and I’m glad I’m not involved. (Plus, I’m not a huge fan of Rob Lowe, anyway.)

Paula Abdul recently ignited American Idol fans after her slightly befuddled review of a contestant who sang once. But in Paula’s world, he sang twice!

“Jason, first song, I loved hearing your lower register, which we never really hear, um… the second song, I felt like your usual charm wasn’t - it was missing for me. It kind of left me a little empty. The two songs made me feel like you’re not fighting hard enough to get into the top four,” Abdul said to hopeful Jason Castro.

Host Ryan Seacrest did his best to smooth things over, but now people are wondering if the show is indeed scripted. Or is Paula to blame? She does get… confused quite often.

Brazilian soccer player Ronaldo, also known as The Phenomenon, has some ’splaining to do for real: he’s been fingered in a transexual scandal that has led to one of the most-watched videos on Brazilian You Tube. Despite the fact that this man has dated some of the hottest women in Brazil (think models & actresses), that didn’t stop him from running into trouble when a tranny claimed that he didn’t pay his bill!

Of course, there are multiple versions of this story, but let’s take a look at Ronaldo’s: he met a prostitute while out on a Saturday night, and headed off to a motel shortly after for a close encounter. She called two girlfriends, and then Ronaldo realized that they weren’t what he was expecting. He offered her about R$1K (about $1,700), but it turned out that they wanted more, and the police were called. In the other version, there are drugs involved, and the original transexual claims that her friends robbed Ronaldo.

Heidi Montag has expressed her extreme displeasure with Lauren Conrad, and even though she *might* have started the whole sex tape rumors and has posed with the rest of The Hills cast on the cover of Rolling Stone. Although Lauren and Heidi never spoke on set, it looks like Heidi was waiting to hear something from Lauren: condolences for her stepbrother who died last month.

But that’s not all! Heidi seems to have been taking her vengeance by making the rounds insisting that the sex tap really did exist. Yes! The Speidi Team appeared on Tyra, with Heidi commenting that “It was not a rumor” and that she has heard things through “confirmed sources.”

Clemens hasn’t has the best of luck since leaving the Yankees: he’s been implicated in steroid use and now faces this mess involving a very young, also-famous girl. According to recent reports, former New York Yankee Michael Clemens had a ten year relationship with the country singer Mindy McCread– and that they met when she was just 15 and he was 28. Although McCready’s mother, Gaye Inge, confirmed that they were friends, she also stressed that the relationship was strictly platonic. She stated that “They were friends. That’s about all I could tell you.”

Isn’t that what mothers always think?

Oh uh, seems Ashley Dupre may have been just 17 in the Girls Gone Wild videos and their publication has been delayed while the company tries to figure out her true age at the time of filming.

“Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis backpeddles and now claims all nude images of Dupre were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact” (not illegal for 17+ in Florida). While, just yesterday, it was reported by the company  that she signed legal papers and spent a full week on the bus, filming 7 full-length tapes that included nudity and same-sex encounters.

Either someone jumped the gun and didn’t do their homework or someone else is mad they aren’t getting paid the 1 million originally offered by GGW.

Wearing a grungy yellow hoody and sweatpants, greasy hair pulled back, and no makeup to conceal her splotchy skin as she shoveled food into her bloated face, it’s hard to imagine the former bombshell that looked so much like her mother.

The singer and philanthropist, whose ex-husbands famously include Nicolas Cage and Michael Jackson, is rumored to be pregnant with fourth husband Michael Lockwood’s child, which might explain some of the dramatic weight gain.

The National Enquirer is getting in on the action too:

Lisa Marie Presley is pregnant at 40, say pals. Elvis’ “little girl” - married to husband No. 4- “knows the risks of a pregnancy at her age” but is determined to have this baby and make their new life complete, a close friend told the Enquirer.

“She’s two months pregnant. We’re praying Lisa makes it all the way.”

Lisa Marie was two months pregnant when she married musical director Michael Lockwood two years ago- but miscarried, according to a friend.

Lisa has two children. Michael has never been married before and has no children.

“He’s an only child and has always dreamed of becoming a father and making his parents grandparents,” said the friend.

The couple are thrilled and hopeful about the pregnancy, divulged the friend. “Lisa says another child with Michael will make their life complete.”

Just one question… how much will she sell the rights for her newborn’s first pictures for?

Radcliffe in a promo for Equinox

There are multiple reports coming out that some threats have been made against Daniel Radcliffe, and while no real details have been made public, it is being taken quite seriously. So much in fact that Radcliffe is now being guarded by former Special Air Service. That is the same protection given to the princes!

A source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “There is a real concern for Daniel’s welfare. No one has said what has been going on. It’s all hush-hush - but security has been massively ramped up. Daniel has the four guards with him at all times.”

The 18-year-old star is filming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and although the nature of the threat - which was received via Warner Bros. who are producing the movie - is unclear, bosses aren’t prepared to take any chances.

The actor switched cars three times on Saturday night as we went to and from the film set. His regular driver - used by the star for seven years and considered “part of the family” - has been temporarily replaced. Daniel has now been given a “chase car” which follows the vehicle in which he is travelling in case of emergency. The source said of the SAS guards: “They are all experts in evasive driving, threat assessment and close protection. This isn’t about keeping an eye out for the paparazzi - these guys are looking for something far more sinister.”
